The Technology Department is available to provide assistance to members of the CA community with all computer-related questions or problems. For assistance, please send an e-mail with your request or problem to help@mail.coloacad.org. One of the following individuals will respond, depending on the specific nature of the inquiry. Rory Butler, ext. 2585 Send e-mail Network Administrator – office upstairs in Raether Library building. Rory can handle everything with respect to the network, student laptop network access, printing problems, e-mail, problems with log-ins, video editing, DVD burning, etc. |

Jan Beattie, ext. 2670 Send e-mail Director of Technology/Middle School Technology Coordinator – office upstairs in Raether Library building, between computer labs A & B. Mrs. Beattie can handle password questions, policy issues, some printer troubleshooting, and answer questions about scanners, digital cameras, PowerPoint® and InDesign®, other software, and the middle school technology program. She also helps individual students in the computer labs with their questions. |

Anatoli Fedorenko, ext 2607 Send e-mail Technology Support Specialist – office upstairs in Raether Library building. Anatoli troubleshoots hardware and software problems and assists Rory with network issues, installation of software and hardware, and maintenance of printers and other equipment. |

Kimberly Jans, ext 2647 Send e-mail Upper School Technology Coordinator/Webmaster – Office upstairs in Raether Library building, between computer labs A & B. Mrs. Jans teaches Computer Science (programming), New Media and Tech Tools courses, assists individual students in the labs with their questions, and manages the CA website. She can answer questions about programming, software, web page creation, scanning, databases, spreadsheets, PhotoShop®, Flash®, Dreamweaver®, and the upper school technology program. |
